Who is this retreat for?
Fathers and husbands who want to get stronger. It's built for dads and it's faith-friendly, but you don't have to be a dad or religious — every man who wants to get stronger is welcome. No Strength of Dads membership required.
What's included?
Two nights at Zion Red Rock Villa, all meals and snacks from Thursday's welcome dinner through Saturday's final meal, the Saturday sunrise hike, speakers and workshops, small group discussions, cold plunge and sauna, a therapist AMA, a guided journal, and a retreat shirt and swag.
How much does it cost?
$399 for the Early Bird – Extended ticket, available until Nov 30. Lodging is included. 100% of proceeds go to For The Strength of Dads, a 501(c)(3). Checkout is handled by Zeffy.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. You can buy up to 10 tickets in one order. The retreat is capped at 50 men, so don't wait.
What if I don't know anyone?
Most men don't. You'll be in a small crew from the first night.
How fit do I need to be?
If you can walk a few miles on a trail, you're good. Go at your own pace.
How do I get there?
The retreat is at Zion Red Rock Villa in Rockville, UT, just outside Zion National Park. The closest airport is St. George Regional (SGU), about an hour away. Las Vegas (LAS) is about 2.5 hours by car. Full venue details go out with your ticket.
Can't swing the cost?
Ask Strength of Dads about a scholarship at contact@strengthofdads.com. Want to send a dad who can't? Sponsor his spot.
What if I have to cancel?
Email contact@strengthofdads.com and they'll work it out with you. Your ticket can also be transferred to another man.
